Booking Policy

We prioritize ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when using our services.
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

We Suggest You Read This Policy Carefully.

 

Prices:

All prices are based on current costs and may change before your booking is confirmed.
Price adjustments may occur if government taxes, currency rates, or fuel costs change. We will notify you of any price increases. Discounts, including return customer discounts, cannot be combined with other offers. The highest applicable discount will be applied.

 

Payments:

- To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.
- The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the tour begins unless we agree on a different date.
- If you book within 45 days of departure, full payment is required upon booking.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change and unexpected things happen!
If you need to cancel, Here's how cancellations work for tours and transfers:

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance: You'll only lose your deposit.
- Cancel 15-29 days in advance: You'll lose 30% of the total tour cost.
- Cancel 3-14 days in advance: You'll lose 50% of the total tour cost.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure: You'll lose the entire tour cost (100%).

Customized tours and special transfer arrangements may have different cancellation terms. We'll let you know during booking.

Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and must be emailed to your contact person at Youssef Shuttle with a copy to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

No refunds are given for unused portions of the tour.
Any changes or early departures during the tour are at your own expense.

 

Cancellation by the Company:

We may cancel your booking for any reason before full payment is received, in which case a full refund will be provided. After full payment, we will only cancel under unavoidable circumstances (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters). In such cases, you will be offered equivalent services or a full refund, but no additional compensation.

 

Itinerary Changes:

While we strive to maintain your tour itinerary, changes may occur. Minor changes will be communicated promptly. In cases of force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters), we may alter the itinerary without compensation.

 

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is mandatory. It should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, luggage loss, and trip cancellations. The Company is not responsible for unforeseen events such as travel delays, visa issues, or personal incidents during the tour.
If you require medical assistance during the tour, all associated costs are your responsibility.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy:

This policy may change from time to time, each version of this policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date. We reserve the right to modify this Policy, as well as any other policies and/or agreements at any time. The previous version will be always available for review.
